some time now, Juana Delgado Cruz has organized very successful workshops
in creative development and team building. During the workshop, Juana
makes several paintings with the participants. Groups generally consist
of 4 to 26 participants (maximum) who work at improving their creativity
and team spirit in an environment pleasing to everyone. After they have
created a design and shared out the tasks, participants paint for about
2 hours. Naturally, all the required easels, brushes, knives, aprons,
drawing paper and other painter’s attributes are available for
use on location.
After the painting session, Juana provides the group with feedback
on their accomplishments as well as on what this experience can teach
them in daily practice. Needless to say, the paintings all go home
with their artists; they can then be given a special place in the company
to remind participants of the workshop.
Five-day workshops are organized in Spain in the spring and autumn
for anyone interested in improving his or her painting skills or for
anyone wanting to receive tips from a well-known and professional painter
like Juana Delgado Cruz. The workshops take place in a picturesque
hotel near Malaga; participants can explore the area with a professional
tour guide between painting sessions.
